That is a complex setup to troubleshoot over text. I suggest you try rendering one piece of trouble clothing at a time. Turn everything else off, focus on one model and starting changing parameters and see what is going on. Rendering will be quicker for best feedback speed and once you hit the problem the solution for other meshes will probably be the same.
