I had a similar issue but different solution. When identifying missing files, it had a file path which didn’t relate to any of my folders. I eventually spotted the Footage tab (hours later) in the Tracking Editor and redefined the file path for the footage (whilst in the tracking clip) and was finally able to have my tracking data and clip in the same frame.
