Hi, I was trying to get a smooth circle cut out on the mech I did.
I had to add in alot of loop cuts and supporting edges to get mine. I’m not professional by any means but I do understand your frustration. As you can see in the image below I had to do alot to smooth mine out. I remember doing that circle on the chest, it was alot easier than what I did with this one.
It came out pretty good considering I was going for a low poly count.
