I don’t know if this helps, but it works for me. In the top left of the video players overlay there are 2 icons. the one on the left jumps back a few seconds. This works better than clicking in the timeline at the bottom. I use the second one a lot when I’m trying to follow along with blender. You can click it and it creates a copy of the link at that point in the video this way I can paste(ctrl+v on windows & Linux. Sorry I don’t know on mac) in another tab then I can rewatch and just refresh if I need to see that part again. then when I get a little further. I copy again and continue. You can also click on the cog icon(Settings) in the bar at the bottom and change the speed to slower for detailed parts and speed up through the parts you don’t need to rewatch. Also most of the the videos have closed captions. if you click the CC icon you can click search and it shows all the closed caption text. I don’t use this much except when I can’t understand what they are saying.(Note:I’m partially def)
