Oh yikes that does look terrible! What’s the resolution of the texture you’re painting? A stray zero or two might cause things to slow to a crawl, but other than that I’m really not sure. If you’ve tried everything (restarting, opening model and texture in a new file, etc…) then send me a Pasteall or Dropbox link to the file and I’ll see if it happens on my end.
