I agree with Adrian, you will never retain all that information, even Kent or JL have to refer to their own tutorials from time to time to get a refresher on how to do the things because you just forget, Blender is too big. So it’s all about practice and repetition, doing things on your own and checking back at stuff you forgot how to do from time to time. Start doing your own projects and don’t be afraid to re-watch some of the fundamentals once you feel you’re up to speed, you’ll be amazed how much the knowledge will solidify in your mind when you watch the fundamentals a second time.
