    @gothdir Yes, you are correct! 8×8 for CPU and 256×256 for the GPU is what I’ve found works best. I use the Auto Tile Size addon as well, which is quite handy. Though a recent patch to the 2.8 branch may make this irrelevant, it’s still good to know for 2.79.
