It plays alright on my end.
According to the Wistia troublshooting guide, that is something that is something a dev should fix. I’d suggest you send an email to support@cgcookie.com.
But here’s some things you can already try on your end (not necessarily in this order. And I’d still send that email):
See if other videos play correctly.
Switch to another Browser.
Disable VPN (if your using one).
Disable Browser Addons.
Clear your Cache.
