They’re both good. I personally like mint better. I don’t think you’ll notice the slight slowdown. Plus they are both quick to fix these problems. Not to mention mint is based off of Ubuntu. Sorry, I don’t remember the correct term. I’m still on a dual core. Waiting for my new PC to arrive. Then I’ll be able to run 4.3 and not have to do any hacks to get 4.2 to run.
