I far as I understand it. You can as long you created it.(Did the modeling, and texturing as a posed to using the finished file or parts of the finished file.) If you used any of their resources then you can use it for personal and educational purposes, but not commercial. I’d also recommend giving credit in your animation unless they ask you not too. I’d also recommend e-mailing them at support@cgcookie.com to verify as I could be totally wrong and it is always best to get answers directly from the source.
