Well, if you disabled the Move Gizmo (and the Tool Keys are set to Immediate, and/or the Active Tools Gizmo is also disabled)), and Blender still shows you the Move Gizmo, I don’t know what’s happening. (Do you maybe have any 3rd party Addons enabled?)
