I can’t tell for sure but it sounds like maybe you didn’t have all the keyframes on frame 1 and/or 25.
But the thing I’m really unsure of is what you mean by you cleared all the unmatching keyframes.
‘cleared’ means you removed all the keyframes from a channel. Is it possible that you accidentally did that?
Or removed some keyframes that you actually needed?
