Overall, you’re doing great and hitting most of the key loops you need, but you do have one missing.
Around the eyes, you’re doing great. You have both the loops around the eyes and the raccoon mask that goes around both. You’re also doing great with the loops around the nostril and the mouth.
Where you’re missing just a little… the one that come from the chin and by the ear.. that one should pass by the ear and go over the top of the head instead of turning at the ear… which now I look you have on the row before it.. but that particular loop (the one currently going past the ear and over the head) I think should turn back up and go over the bridge of the nose just outside the outer eye mask.
This classic CG Cookie tutorial by Jonathan Williamson I’m glad is available on YouTube because it’s a great reference for face topology.

The loop I’m talking about is what helps to form the “smile” crease.
(That video is classic NOT because of the info, but because of the version of Blender, but I think it’s still VERY relevant because it’s more of a theoretical video that would be true regardless of program your using.)
(also… now I see that video again.. that loop I was talking about turning at the ear does seem to be right)
