I lowered the height and widened the front of the turret, changed the main gun and the gun mantlet, I added the symbols for Astra Militarum (The Imperial Guard, front) Imperial Aquila (Represents The Imperium of Man, on the triangular plates at the back) and a wreathed skull (back one) I also added exhausts, a barrel and a box (I don’t what purpose these two serve, I saw them in pretty much all Leman Russ model tanks and some other real tanks) and lots of other smaller details. So… I added lots of this that I have not even considered adding 😀
It’s pretty much done now. I’ll go over the whole thing tomorrow to see if anything needs adjusting and remove unnecessary faces. I’ll also think about the mess that is unwrapping this thing… I haven’t set a deadline for this one as I did with my sword but I’d like to finish this before the end of the year. If I finish it with a couple of days before the end of the year, I’m kind of thinking about taking another shot at my sword with a cloth material underneath instead of wood and better lighting.
