The Polish Brush has been removed, but (or even  because) it was almost the same as the Flatten Brush:

The only difference being the Autosmooth Value.

So you can safely use the Flatten Brush in 3.3. If you want, you can even set the Autosmooth to 1 (under Brush), but you will probably not notice the difference.
