Yes, making a new Blender file. So if I have a scene where there’s a lot of assets and the poly count is high, I have a lot of textures, etc, I kick off a render and my video card brings up the out of memory error, what I usually do is I render in a totally new file. So I open a new .blend, go to file and link and I link all my assets to this file and there I do the render. With the data linked in the memory consumption drops down a lot and my video card starts the engines and renders away.
