Just two notes, that might be helpful:
– The Location in the Transform of the N-Panel shows the Location of the Origin (of the Active Object) when you are in Object Mode. As you can see, it’s X Location is not zeroed out…meaning the Origin is not in the center of the ‘World’.
– Your Background Image is also not perfectly centered, so don’t get too distracted by that.
