    Hi Ahmad,

There’s 2 or 3 separate, yet related things you’re trying to upskill there (which is great)

Animation, Project Management, and Short Film Production.

We can certainly help you in many of the components of that list, but sadly not all of it.

    Animation:

If you are already familiar with the animation tools in Blender, and you want to learn how to animate better. Then I would suggest you tackle the animation bootcamp. This is all about learning to see, and move your character according to the principles of animation.

That course is hard, but post your work, I will give you feedback, and you will improve.

(It it essential that you understand that stuff before tackling the Body Mechanics and Work Flow course)

    Cinematography:

Check out the Directing the Camera. This covers a lot of the cinematography and film making 101 (but it’s mostly focused on the camera stuff – not story telling etc)

    The Other Stuff:

A lot of the information you’re wanting isn’t exactly in a specific course, but there are tips and nuggets scattered in all the million different courses here – which makes it difficult for someone who wants specific answers to things.

But I would suggest posting specific targeted questions in the forum about the things you want to learn more about. That would be the best way to get advice about project structure and management questions – and it will also help others find the same information.
(posting those questions here mean it will be buried in a weird location)
