Sorry to see your having an issue submitting your scene for review.
I have tested the submission process for this exercise, and can’t seem to replicate the problem.
It looks like there maybe an issue with the image.
Can you confirm the file type for the image? (JPG, JPEG or PNG)
Can you try removing the image and try again?
