Hi Samy,
It seems you have added the widgets to the MCH bone rather than the control bones.
And the placement of the bones according to the mesh isn’t ideal.
To fix what you have here. Remove the widgets from the MCH bones, add them to the control bones and you should be good to go.
However, if you want to better understand everything – I suggest going back to the fundamentals of rigging.
I can see that you have watched a few of the videos, but I can’t see if you have submitted any of the learning exercises.
