The 50% requirement is more an ambiguous measurement of progress than mathematical completeness. Mostly I use it to judge “Did this person make significant progress since last time.”
In your case, you shot out of the gate early and made tremendous progress from the start. So you we’re like 75% done last time, just needing to optimize everything down to a useable state. All that to say yes, you’re at least 50% done in my book.
