This looks great and is very close. I think there’s some light missing from the chin and neck area that your reference has. You currently have a fairly long shadow under the nose. I think the white light on the right side needs to be just a little further back and a touch brighter as well. There’s also a faint red light within the shadows on your reference. Keep it up!
