@yukinoh1989 if you do get a subscription, you’ll find out about Edit Mode and other such things in the next course in the introductory learning flow.
For what it’s worth, I subscribed last November, and I am very satisfied with the courses and the community here, I’ve found them much easier to learn from than many of the random YouTube videos that are out there (although there are plenty of very good YouTube tutorials also).
Whether you join or not, Blender is a little complicated, but with patience and practice you’ll be great at it.
