Excellent points, @tanya53 — I got the same hunch about the front view as soon as I posted this 😂
I think the main culprit is the harshness of the up and down movement of the antenna on its local X-axis from the Down -> Passing -> Up positions. When I smooth out those curves a bit more, the motion looks a lot more fluid.
