Unfortunately multires is prone to such artifacts. It happens regularly to me too – even in the course you’ll see me fix a similar artifact here. However after years of familiarity with multires, these glitches have never been a show-stopping issue. I wonder if it’s because I try to avoid switching up and down between multires layers very much.
