Hi joaolion, I would first learn 2.8. When you are familiar with 2.8, you can follow old tutorials. Blender is a tool. You first need to learn how to use the wood-carving tools before you can learn how to carve a duck or you’ll just be cutting yourself…
You can’t learn how to draw if you don’t know how to hold a pencil…
There are no shortcuts to learning Blender (or any 3D software), although there are many shortcuts to learn in Blender.
But maybe you’re not a beginner and already comfortable with 2.8, then ignore the above and use the older tutorials (if you run into problems, you can always ask in this Forum!).
