I have been looking into the same as you lately. Last year I armed a (budget) desktop for using/learning Blender and got good information on cgdirector.com.
There are some Blender specific topics you can find there, and tips for animation or modeling laptops.
Choosing your laptop will ofcourse be dependent on your budget and/or availability of some good oportunities.
I have read lot of reviews and sites, and most recommend a good gaming laptop as excellent options for Blender. Productchart.com can also be helpful since it compares the most important laptopparts and think even complete laptops.
Or just typing “most recommended (budget) laptops for Blender (animation, 3Dmodeling) will also give good results. I would recommend look into the tips and look around for good opportunities, depending if you want a new or used laptop.
Personally I still not decided, but first need saving up the money for that laptop.
I was even thinking of saving up for a Drawing tablet like f.e. the Wacom Cintig instead.
