Solution has been resolved.
I just remembered that I bought a TourBox Console.
You can keymap a whole bunch of shortcut keys from multiple softwares on it.
Check it out if you’re looking to improve your workflow.

I basically mapped the SHIFT Numpad 4 and SHIFT Numpad 6 to the rotating Knob and voilà!
Now I can turn the whole canvas.
“It’s a beautiful Thang!” ;-P
