Thanks all. 

Yes, I’m going to be going back amd forth between Blender and Rhino, plus other softwares. 

Best advice seems I would have to go in and individually add the Spacebar modally, which is not worth doing for my scenario. 

Really appreciate the quick and helpful feedback! Saved me a bunch of time I would have soent researching.
