Hi Shoaib,
The N-Panel issue might be, because you are using an older Blender Version than the .blend file was written in (4.x, you are using 3.6.1…)
The Adjust Last Operations Panel can be enabled in View > Adjust Last Operations, or you can press F9, when you need it.
