    Like Omar said, you can select the keys, active grab (G) and then type the number.

    You can also use the “Extend” operator which is more flexible.
    You can have multiple keys selected and then press E with your mouse on either side of the playhead and it will only affect the selected keys on that side.  This means less selecting/deselecting
