Hi Eugene,
You will notice in the videos that I show 2 slightly different ways to handle the IK limbs. One way detaches, and the other way stops at its extent.
I also show what happens if we add stretching to the DEF bones if they are directly affected by the IK constraint. (they balloon up)
So to work around that, we add a MCH chain that has the IK stretch on it, and then the DEF bones use Stretch-To
You might need to keep watching (or watch again)
