I agree that a video ( or link to one) describing the rig would be helpful. I am taking this course as part of a flow, and there has been no discussion yet about the Pose Mode. I can only guess what it is. But, the animation instructions are very clear and hopefully that is the point. Blender is so complex that it must be very difficult to explain any one part without assuming some knowledge of some other part. Good fun!
