    Hi Michael,

    Those 5 Settings for the quick initial setup (and many more) can be found in your Preferences:

    Edit > Preferences > Keymap:

    Interface:

    Setup_02.png

    and Themes:

    Setup_03.png

    Maybe easier (and less destructive) than Deleting your userpref.blend.
