You can duplicate any modifier from the dropdown menu on the header of the modifier or with the mouse cursor over the modifier use SHIFT+D.

You can remove the driver by right clicking on the field with the driver on it and select delete driver.
But you can’t delete a driver and still have the effect of the driver.
