OK, after several tests on this addon i finally figure a way for make it working.
first in the grease pencil tab you need to select object instead of scene
the only way i can made it working is to select substract and simplify in the scult tab. if i select smooth you never know what side will be cut.
I am on 2.76, it seems working on all kind of views.
It is strange but i follow all these tutorials before 2.76 versions and it was working.
