@younggunz – apologies for the late reply. That is correct. It looks like your current plan is set to expire on the 14th of June. The “Reactivate Subscription” link should attempt to reactivate the grandfathered Hobby Plan, though I believe that is not your intention to upgrade with downloads. Ideally, we’d have an “upgrade” or “switch” plan ability on this menu when a plan is in a canceled state.
If you’d like to upgrade to the Citizen-Standard plan we can certainly help out. The quickest way would be to email us to support@cgcookie.com referencing this thread. We’ll need to fully remove this subscription, enabling you to snag a new one. 👍 If that’s something you’d like to do, let us know at support@cgcookie.com, and I’ll also just subscribed to this thread here.
