The floral pattern does appear in some of the shots of the render. As for the single plaster panel I don’t know, but it appears deliberate since the plaster is a second slot and those faces had to be assigned to the plaster material. Each version(all floral, Mixed, and solid) has different challenges when it comes to lighting with the mix being the most difficult in my opinion. It feels like there was going to be a door or hallway there, but I’m just guessing.
