It is best to take screenshots. the quickest way to do this is to press the Windows key + Shift + S and wait until the Windows snipping tool starts and you drag a frame from Blender.Then you can simply press CTRL + V and insert the image in the answer field.
Or like Omar said, just upload the file and share it.
