Hey Matthew, thanks for reporting! We are aware of the duplicates issue and will get that cleaned up in a way that makes sure that it won’t happen again.
Also , another thing I would like to bring up, and see what other frequent voters think : I really think that the vote yes and no buttons are far too close together. It is very easy to mis-click the wrong one, and once you do , there is no way to fix it.
We’ll be redesigning that page in the future and will definitely take this feedback into account.
