Hey Kent. Yeah, I’m sure I’m hitting “control” not command. The “plus” (+) key is the same key as the “=” key and the “+” is only accessible only by “shift” when typing. Without the “shift” key it’s only “control-equals.” This is where I am quite confused, and no one has been able to give me a solid answer in all the myriads of times I’ve asked this question both on FB and Youtube. Every reply is always “Are you sure you’re pressing the right keys?” This is not a little frustrating to be honest.
