The video mentions P3 if you’re on a Mac but doesn’t mention the other two options at all. Why not pick Rec 2020? This seems to show a much bigger triangle and thus range of colours? And Rec 1886 isn’t shown on the colour theory diagram at all. Can anyone explain?
