Briefly reading through this article: https://towardsdatascience.com/what-ive-learned-sculpting-in-virtual-reality-oculus-medium-15ba6b16d93a it mentions that Oculus Medium is voxel based and uses a lot of RAM. Your RAM is 8GB which is ok, but I would highly recommend getting a lot more. RAM is relatively cheap in comparison to a GPU or CPU so I would get as much as you can afford. I usually run 16GB myself, but I’d like to bump it up a bit more.
