@legobenj That is strange. I wouldn’t think it would be mod stack order if Union is working.
Have you tried toggling the boolean exact versus quick method in the Blender preferences?
I’d try the difference out on something simpler to see if you can nail down the behavior first, perhaps and troubleshoot the process.
