Hey Wrongy.
Dwany is correct.

The target of an IK constraint can’t be part of the same chain.  

So how do you fix this?

• Change the target of the IK constraint to be the CTRL (not the MCH)
• Parent the MCH bone to the arm_02
• Give yourself a high five cos it’s fixed
