Hi @Littlesheep ,

You have quite a lot of so-called ‘double Vertices’; just look at the amount of Faces you have in your lid:

So: Select all with A, then: M > Merge > By Distance. Then you might need to fix your Normals with SHIFT+N.

Then you can E, ENTER, ALT+S.
