We do have a couple of old courses, create-rigged-grease-pencil-animations-in-blender and demystifying-lip-sync-animation-in-blender, you maybe interested in.
I don’t believe there is a current plan for updating these, Paul (Grease Pencil Pro) and Wayne (Animation Guru) are both looked in a room deep into development of new courses at the moment.
One day in the future though a new Grease Pencil Animation course could well be considered.
