Could you please define the scope of ‘personal projects?’ Are personal projects allowed on YouTube, Vimeo, et al? In other words, are we talking projects that can be posted online for public consumption? Or do you mean projects not meant to make money? And what if a project accidentally makes money? It may seem like a dumb question, but it has happened.
