Ah, now I can see your material! So your Bump node currently has a strength of 1, I would try turning that down until you find something that suites the look you are going for. At 13:00 I turn my strength down to 0.05. I think once you turn that down, you should be able to get much closer to how mine looks. Nothing else about your material immediately jumps out at me, it’s looking awesome otherwise!
