When you report a bug it opens a browser to the Blender Development website and populates some of the report with your system information.
If you are reporting a bug, you actually have to fill out the rest. It will help the devs if you can reproduce the bug with the steps you provide, or a simplified file they can EASILY explore to replicate the issue and fix it.
I usually also include a short video (20-30 seconds) that shows the steps as well as a simple file.
So if the error/bug you have can be replicated, I encourage you to fill out the report and help all Blender users.
